It was an enjoyable trip to the Annex Game Centre for Loyal Ladies as they smashed Batang Ladies 8-0 in their latest Northern Region Women’s Division Two League, with Issah Amama scoring four in the win.
With just a game under their belt following last week’s 3-1 victory over Kalpohin Dahansheli Ladies, the Annex beckoned for Mohammed Alhassan‘s side as the journey to play in the Division One next season continue to ramp up.
And there were plenty of positives to take from the meeting against Batang Ladies , with the Loyal Ladies looking sharp against the Nanton based side in their second game of the new season.
Issah Amama’s first half goals in the 5th, 15th and 30th minutes had comprehensively settled the tie but braces from Rahama Sulemana and Hardi Husna compounded the woes of Batang Ladies.
The performance had Loyal Ladies ’s coaches smiling with delight on the bench as they continued to push all the way until the final whistle, which saw Amama strike once more to make it four for her and eight for the Lamashegu based team.
In other results Victory Ladies picked the maximum points in a 3-0 win over Kalpohin Dahansheli Ladies while Tamale Gangdy Ladies edged Nyankpala Beyorm Ladies by 4-0.
