Barcelona coach Quique Setien admits he’s unsure if he’ll remain in charge for the Champions League.
Setien’s job is in doubt today after Barca surrendered the LaLiga title to Real Madrid yesterday. And it’s been suggested he could be removed before the Champions League resumes with the second-leg of their round 16 tie against Napoli to be staged.
Setien stated, “If I will train FC Barcelona in the Champions League? I hope so, but I don’t know. I agree with (Lionel) Messi on certain things, on self-criticism. (…) I am the most responsible.
“I feel capable and full of energy of course. I am convinced that we will become a different team, with a good mental attitude and that we will compete in the Champions League with maximum guarantees.
“Until then I can control, but the rest I cannot control. I have already experienced these situations.”
