Alhaji Abu Alhassan Mahamadu popularly known as Alhaji Rhyzo has just been elected the Northern Regional Football Association Chairman.
He polled 45 votes while his contender, Umar Farouk Karimu Polled 22 voted.
There was one rejected ballot.
