Chelsea have been offered the chance to sign Barcelona playmaker Philippe Coutinho.

The Brazilian is on loan at Bayern Munich this season, but the German club doesn’t seem keen on retaining his services.

This has prompted Barca to shop Coutinho around to recoup some of the £142m they paid Liverpool for his services in 2018.

Tottenham, Arsenal and Manchester United have all been linked with former Anfield star.

The Mirror says Barca have offered his signature to Chelsea, who are looking to revitalise their squad this summer.

The Catalan giants are trying to fund their own summer plans and hope Coutinho’s sale will aid the effort.

The Blues have already paid £37m for Ajax playmaker Hakim Ziyech.
