Heart of Lions yesterday at the Kpando stadium beat Tema Youth by 2-0 with striker Charles Offei Quarcoo putting up a man of the match performance as he bagged a brace for Lions.
The in-form striker on the day showed his agility and scoring instincts in the first half when he scored the first goal on the 25th minute with a long range shot.
He then showed good vision, anticipation and excellent positioning when he tapped the ball into the net for his second goal from a superbly taken free-kick by team mate Samuel Baah.
Heart of Lions are level on points with Vision FC at the top of the league table on 21 points with Vision FC leading via goal difference of 4 goals.
With his brace, Charles Offei Quarcoo now has 4 goals in 10 games.
