Tamale based Women division one side, FC Savanna will play Kpanvu Future Queens in a pre-season match after announcing two more friendly matches in preparation for the 2019/20 Women’s Regional Division One season.
FC Savanna are set for a short pre-season preparation in the Region, visiting Kpanvu and Batang.
After beating Yoo Ladies 3-0 last week at the Aliu Mahama Sports Stadium Annex 2, FC Savanna will make their way to Kpanvu to take on Future Queens, before engaging Ladies six days later.
Chief Executive Officer of the club, Eunice emphasised the club’s commitment to their fan base. “These games overall, will not only assist in our pre-season preparations, but also provide entertaining football and an opportunity to interact with our loyal fans in the region,” Eunice said.
The CEO reiterated the club’s intention of gaining promotion to the Women Premier League and feel these exercises will improve the team’s chances of attaining their objectives.
