L’Equipe says Chelsea failed THREE TIMES to submit the correct contracts, leaving Ziyech and PSG high and dry.
PSG are now making an appeal to FFF to register Ziyech today given Chelsea‘s blunder.
And Federation officials are now debating whether the move should be confirmed.
