Ghana international Mohammed Kudus made an injury return and played 10 minutes for his Eredivisie side, Ajax Amsterdam at home.
The fully recovered Kudus was included in the match day squad and came on for Quincy Promes in the 80th minute.
The 20-year old picked up an injury in his debut Champions League game against Liverpool at the Johann Cruyff Arena in October, 2020.
Ajax playing at home fell behind by two goals when Eran Zahavi scored twice in the 2nd and 21st minutes respectively to give PSV a two-goal lead.
Quincy Promes who Kudus Mohammed replaced in the second half pulled a goal back in the 40th minute and Antony Santos made it 2-2 in the 65th minute.
Ajax still maintain top spot with 35 points and PSV 2nd with 34 points.
