New Chief Executive Officer of Real Tamale United, Mr. Kassim Perez has underlined the significance of the Ghana Football Association-UEFA Assist Development Program for Premier League Clubs.

Speaking after a four day training workshop for CEOs, Marketing/Communication Managers and Coaches of the 18 Premier League Clubs in Ghana, at the Alisa Hotel in Accra, Mr. Kassim underscored the need for clubs to establish a solid professional and Strategic plan to ensure the growth of the game.

“Professionalism is a key component for the development of football in Ghana and for us at the club level, we can only grow if we are professional, this training workshop is an eye opener and I think if we can implement what we have learned here we can make a great impact ,” said Kassim Perez.

“But all of these would have be backed by the top, We can’t achieve our objectives without the support of key stakeholders but we want to assure our fans of our commitment to work with them”, the Pride of the North CEO added.

“Our presence here is a demonstration of our willingness to work with you”.

The Ghana Football Association and UEFA Assist opened a four day training Workshop for representatives of the 18 Ghana Premier League clubs at the Swiss Spirits Alisa Hotel.

The training workshop covered areas such as, Governance, Club modelling, Finance, Income Generation, Match day operations and Venue Management, Marketing and Communications, Event Management and Technical Development.

Mr Kassim Perez was accompanied by head coach Shaibu Ibrahim Tanko and Media and Digital officer of RTU, Sey Mubarick.
