Ghanaian striker Abdul Majeed Waris came off the bench to score for RC Strasbourg in the French Ligue 1 on Wednesday evening.
The goal was his first after joining the French side from FC Porto. Waris came off the bench to replace Jean-Ricner Bellegarde in the 73rd minute and just two minutes after coming he scored through Adrien Thomasson’s assist.
Waris’ goal was the different as RC Strasbourg defeated Toulouse by 0-1 at the Stadium de Toulouse.
