FIFA Ghanaian Referee Barikisu Salifu has finally received her FIFA Badge at the Ghana Football Association (GFA) Secretariat in Accra on Wednesday.
The Universal Premier League Award winner was elated when the GFA General Secretary Lawyer Prosper Harrison Addo Esq presented the batch to her at the Secretariat.
Referee Barikisu speaking to Diamond FM Sports after she receive her FIFA Badge expressed her delight, and hope to still work hard to reach the greater height of Female Refereeing across the globe.
“I am so excited that I have finally got hold of the FIFA Badge. Indeed, it was one of my dreams to get to this level of my refereeing career and all thanks and praises to Almight ALLAH that I am finally here”.
“It serves as a motivation for me as well to work harder to get to the highest level of refereeing in Africa and the world at large”, she stated.
