Ghana Independent Broadcasters Association (GIBA) yesterday through their coordinator for the five Northern regions – Northern, Savannah, Upper East, Upper West and North East – Mr. Kessie Musah Ibrahim donated items ranging from liquid soaps to face masks to all GIBA members in good standing.

In Tamale all GIBA members in good standing received their items which Mr. Kessie presented to them personally.

When asked about when and how the other four regions are going to receive theirs, he said, “As soon as possible. I have packaged the items of all members in good standing in the remaining four regions and they will be delivered to them through available transport parcel services”.

“This is the association’s own small way of protecting our members in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic”. Mr. Kessie added.

Ghana Independent Broadcasters Association (GIBA) is an association of authorised and operational non-state owned, private and independent broadcasting organisations who have come together to form a body to promote their common interest.
