Manchester United shot-stopper Dean Henderson will try to secure another loan move if he cannot become the team’s no.1.

The English goalkeeper is back at United after two successful loan years at Sheffield United.

Now he wants to compete with David De Gea for the starting spot at Old Trafford.

But if he cannot win that battle, he wants a loan move to get more game time.

“Look, 100%, the aim is for me to play football next season,” Henderson told reporters while on international duty with England.

“I don’t think I want to be not playing after last season, coming off a good season with momentum.

“It wouldn’t be clever for me to sit around and not play football, I don’t think it would help any parties at all.”
