Mubarak Wakaso happy with younger brother’s long-term injury return

Black Stars and Jiangsu Suning midfielder Mubarak Wakaso looks very excited following the massive long injury return completed by his younger brother few days ago.

Alhassan Wakaso who happens to be Mubarak’s junior brother finally made an injury return last Monday after being sidelined for over a year conducting series of surgeries on his knee.

Following his huge comeback, his senior brother Mubarak Wakaso took to his Instagram page to express gratitude over the return;
“He is back. Alhamdulillah, will sit back and watch you again blood. Allah is great.@alhassanwakaso.
The 28-year-old went without featuring in any game for Victoria Guimaraes last season and hasn’t been part of any of their match day squad since the commencement of the ongoing season.
The ex-Valenciennes midfielder before the injury step back was instrumental for the Conquerors in the Portuguese Premeira Liga making 30 appearances with 2 goals in the 2018/19 campaign.
The ex-Lorient man has now recovered fully and has started full scale training and is set to return into action after the short Christmas break.
Alhassan Wakaso 28, was handed his debut national team call up in 2016 when the Black Stars played against the Pharaohs of Egypt in the 2018 AFCON qualifier under the tutelage of Israeli gaffer Avram Grant.
