Northern Ghana Football: Muta’s Sports Academy meets with the Northern Regional Football Association

On behalf of the a chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Muta’s Sports Academy Muhammad Mutawakil, organizers, executives, officials, coaches and scouts of the Academy paid a courtesy call on the Northern Regional Football Association (NRFA).

They were received by the Vice Chairman of the NRFA, Mr. Kessie Musah Ibrahim. Members of the Academy explained that the visit is to formally introduce the sports academy to the NRFA which oversees football activities in the region and also invite the association to its maiden justify-your-inclusion even to unearth young football talents in the region from U7 to U15 on Saturday at the Aliu Mahama Sports Stadium on Saturday 3rd April, 2021.

The Vice Chairman of the NRFA thanked the members of the Academy for taking the step taken to inform the RFA.
He continued that, “in years past, these academies will come to town and not see it necessary to involve the Regional Football Association. They go straight ahead with their activities but when a problem arises that’s when they come knocking at our door”.

“We are in this together and on behalf of the RFA Chairman Alhaji Rhyzo, we give you our blessings and our doors are always opened”. He added.

Muta’s Sports Academy is a UK-based Sports Academy which has well advanced plans to set up in Tamale the Northern Regional capital of Ghana.
