It’s refreshing to know Northern Ladies FC “golden nugget” Jafar Rahama is a Hasmal ahead of the quest to conquer Africa in the very first edition of the CAF women’s champions League.
Rahama has been incredible in her own way and an inspiration to the Northern Ladies side this season and her addition to Hasaacas Ladies Football Club’s already blazing attacking third comes in handy for the task ahead.
She has featured 13 times for her side in the league, has a knack for goals been the only player to have recorded a ‘haul’ in the women Women’s Premier League -Northern Zone and a ‘glut’ in the Women’s FA Cup. No wonder she emerged top scorer in the FA Cup with 9 goals.
She also emerged 3 times NASCO player of the match in the league this season.
The trio in Veronica Appiah, Doris Boaduwaa and Milot Abena Pokua has been the bedrock to the success story of Hasaacas in front of goal. Rahama’s addition should make it a fearsome quartet and a nightmare for teams drawn in group B along side Hasaacas Ladies.
“𝗕𝗶𝗲 𝗚𝗼𝗻𝗴” as she is affectionately called by her folks up North, go and enjoy yourself in the continental showpiece.
