The Northern Regional Football Association on Tuesday launched its official website and other social media platforms in Tamale at the Aliu Mahama Stadium Conference Hall.
Northern Region’s popularity has grown in football following a successful representation of players who made Ghana proud in our debut World Cup in Germany and people continue to follow the Region’s success story via Social Media.
The Chairman of the NRFA, Alhaji Abu Hassan Rhyzo, his Vice Chairman, Mr. Musah Ibrahim Kessie, Division Two Chairman, Mohammed Tahiru, Women Football Chairperson, Hajia Zalia Iddi, Juvinel Chairman, Mr. Alhassan Dawuo, Sagnarigu and West Gonja FA chairmen were present at the launch of the ceremony.
Presently, the website www.northernrfa.org is live and can be accessed by all stakeholders.
The official website seeks to hook the world onto the happenings of football in the country by providing regular updates from the FA’s headquarters.
And for the purposes of interactions and timely information dissemination, the Northern Regional Football Association also outdoored its Facebook (Northern Regional Football Association) Twitter (@northern_rfa) and Instagram (@northern_rfa) handles as its official Social Media platforms.
The creation of these media is to facilitate the information flow from the football body’s offices.
