Chelsea‘s move for Sevilla defender Jules Kounde is again under threat from Barcelona.
It had appeared Barca were pulling out of the battle for Kounde, with president Joan Laporta confessing as much to a fan in the US yesterday.
However, TMW says Barca have now made a new bid for the France defender.
Indeed, Laporta has offered €65m for Kounde – so matching Chelsea‘s proposal.
And there’s confidence inside Barca that should it become a straight choice then Kounde will select the Blaugrana.
