Real Madrid have told Keylor Navas to leave this summer.

Jugones reports Real have informed the goalkeeper that he is not in their plans for the 2019/20 campaign.

As such, they have encouraged him to seek out a new side, despite only having signed a contract extension in January, as they hope to achieve an amicable exit.

Zinedine Zidane broke the news to the Costa Rican at the end of last week and it left Keylor very upset as he believed that he could fight Thibaut Courtois and become Madrid’s No.1 goalkeeper once again.

The French coach stated that there was nothing he could do about the situation as the board had already made their decision.
