Real Madrid goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois is backing their move for former Chelsea teammate Eden Hazard.
Courtois made the move to the Bernabeu in August in a deal that saw Mateo Kovacic join Chelsea on loan.
And the goalkeeper hopes for a reunion with Hazard, insisting he’d pick him over Neymar if he was in charge.
“I would choose Eden, of course,” he told Het Nieuwsblad when asked who he’d prefer Real to sign.
“I really like him, but the choice is up to the board. I do not know what will happen. That is not a question for me, but for the chairman and the management.
“The team is what it is now.
“You see in the matches that we have quality, only sometimes it is not possible to score.”
