Following a meeting on Tuesday by the Executive Committee of the Ghana Football Association (GFA), a total sum of $50,000 has been set aside for the 1st and 2nd prizes of the regional juvenile league competitions.
In all, FIFA will release a total sum of $1,500,000 and CAF will release $300,000 to each member association.
This will be seen as a huge relief for juvenile football following the unexpected financial difficulties faced due to the impact of COVID-19.
