Real Tamale United head coach Baba Nuhu Mallam is expected to arrive in Germany with TSG HOFFENHEIM on attachment to broaden his skills and equip him with the modern trends of coaching.
Mallam, who is also in charge of the National U-17 female team, the Black Maidens will spend four weeks in Germany as part of the Ghana Football Association deal with some German clubs to offer Ghanaian coaches the opportunity to improve their level of the profession.
Ghana Football Association President, Mr. Kurt E.S. Okraku at the 28th Ordinary Congress disclosed the Technical Directorate of the FA had brokered a deal with three German Clubs, Borussia Dortmund, Darmstadt and TSG HOFFENHEIM to support upgrade Ghanaian coaches.
Baba Nuhu Mallam along side Hassacas Ladies coach, Yussif Basigi are first beneficiaries of this partnership while two female coaches would join them later.
Baba Nuhu Mallam saids he regards this trip as a journey for all and a learning experience for all. He expressed his gratitude to the FA and promised to acquire the necessary skills to enhance the development of football in Ghana.
