Chelsea players are becoming increasingly frustrated with manager Maurizio Sarri‘s tactics, it has been claimed.
The Sunday Express says Sarri has lost the majority of the dressing room due to his stubbornness over tactics.
It is claimed the Chelsea board have also become fed up with the Italian’s failure to make change.
Chelsea, who beat Malmo in the first leg of their Europa League last-32 tie at Malmo on Thursday, are heading into their biggest week of the season.
Manchester United are the visitors at Stamford Bridge tomorrow evening for an FA Cup fifth-round clash before the Carabao Cup final against Manchester City at Wembley next Sunday.
However, that victories in the crunch games will only delay Sarri’s departure.
That is because Roman Abramovich’s right-hand woman Marina Granovskaia will make the recommendation that Sarri is given the boot.
