Chelsea are facing an internal war over the potential signing of Gonzalo Higuain.
Maurizio Sarri is the man who desperately wants to be reunited with Higuain, having managed him at Napoli.
According to Calciomercato, there is a row between Sarri and transfer chief Marina Granovskaia, who does not want to sanction the transfer.
Chelsea do not have a policy of paying much for signings who are over 30.
And Higuain is 31, having only scored one in the last 10 games for AC Milan – where he is on loan.
But Sarri believes he can get the best out of Higuain, and wants an improvement on Alvaro Morata and Olivier Giroud.
