Zone One leaders, Real Tamale United will trek to Sunyani to face B.A United on match day 27 of the Division One League at the Coronation Park on Sunday. The match is of significant importance to Real Tamale United as they push for their first Premier League appearance in 8 years.

RTU sit at the top of the table with 53 points – one point ahead of Bofoakwa Tano who play Paga Crocodile Stars on Saturday.

Member of the Division One League Board Sheikh Tophic Sienu has been appointed as an independent observer for these two crunch games.

His role is to ensure that the game is played in a safe and secured environment and also to ensure the availability of the military at the stadium.

This is in line with the Safety and Security Committee of the Ghana Football Association’s decision to deploy Military persons in addition to the Police to some high profile matches for the rest of the season.

This is due to the unfortunate incidents of crowd violence and hooliganism that have occurred in some Premier League and Division One League matches this campaign.
