Sports Minister Hon. Issac Kwame Asiamah has stressed government’s commitment to develop sports infrastructure in the country.
As a Special Guest at 26th GFA Ordinary Congress at the Technical Centre in Prampram in his address to Congress, Minister of Youth and Sports Hon. Isaac Kwame Asiamah assured members of Government’s continuous support as a strategic partner in the development of Ghana Football.
“Sports thrives on infrastructure and this government is committed to building infrastructure for it’s development. All major stadia in the country are undergoing renovations and works on the ten multi-purpose sports facilities are ongoing.
On Friday, we shall be in Nkawkaw to cut a sod for the construction of their stadium and the Waterloo field in Konongo shall also see a facelift,” he said.
