The Northern Regional branch of the Sports Writers Association of Ghana (SWAG) has sent a heart-warming congratulatory message to one of its members, Kwaku Oduro for his triumph at the just ended 10th Annual Foklex Media Awards.
Kwaku Oduro who works with Kesmi107.1FM in Tamale won Sports Host of the Year 2020/2021 for Northern, North East and Savannah Regions.
In a statement signed by the Chairman of SWAG-Northern Region Mr. Osman Hafiz, the association expressed its gratitude to the sports journalist and broadcaster for making the region proud.

On behalf of SWAG, Northern Region. We wholeheartedly express our gratitude to our brother Mr. Kwaku Oduro for making the region proud by winning the Northern, Savannah and North East Sports Host of the year 2020/2021 at the 10th Annual Foklex Media Awards which took place at the National Theatre in Accra, the capital of Ghana last Saturday night to recognize hardworking media personalities.
We are happy for this success. We urge you to do more for the Northern Region and beyond. We equally wish our colleagues who missed out on the awards better luck next time. Kudos!!!!
