The Media 11 team fell to a 1-2 defeat to Coaches at the Aliu Mahama Stadium Anex on Friday.
The game which was to prepare the Media ahead of their participation in the Annual PFAG fun games which takes place on Saturday 14th December 2019 at the same venue of the warm up g, was to test the strength of coach Sey Mubarick’s team.
It was a fair first half but the pep talk by the manager of the coaches at half time had proved to be the difference when the coaches dominated the early stages of the second half and were rewarded with two quick goals. The media scored a consolation close to the end of the game.
Sey Mubarick said after the game, “We have to deal with the challenges we have with the journalist we have. I have noticed all the loop holes and will correct them. Tomorrow will be different I am very optimistic we will win this year’s fun games.”
The game also ended Sey Mubarick’s unbeaten record in 2019 after six win and two draws.
