The two betPawa Ghana Premier League clubs from the Northern Region, Real Tamale United and Tamale City FC have started their football rivalry. This time not on the pitch but in the transfer market.
Both Tamale clubs are interested in Steadfast FC Goalkeeper, Mohammed Abdul Ganiu (James) to bolster their goalkeeping departments as the 2022/23 Ghana Premier League approaches.
It is believed that new RTU Coach Baba Nuhu Mallam is very fond of the player and has informed the hierarchy of the Pride of the North to do whatever it takes to sign James. Tamale City FC on the other hand also believe that James will put pen to paper in the coming days.
Steadfast FC are open to sit on the negotiation table to discuss terms.
