Three goals from captain Shafiu Mumuni in the 30th, 46th and 49th minute were all that the Local Black Stars needed to be Ivory Coast in their semi-final encounter to book a place in the final.
Doumbia got the consolation goal for his Ivory Coast side from a direct free kick.
The game ended 3-1 in favour of the Local Black Stars and captain and AshGold’s Shafiu Mumuni was named man of the match.
The WAFU title defense is still on course as Maxwell Konadu’s side qualify for the grand finale again with the win.
