Erling Braut Haaland scored twice as Borussia Dortmund ended their season on a high by beating Bayer Leverkusen and finishing third in the Bundesliga.

Haaland scored in each half to take his tally to 47 goals in 49 games in all competitions for club and country.

At the end of the game, Haaland swapped shirts with referee Manuel Grafe who was officiating in his final match.

Cologne scored a late winner to move into the relegation play-off place, consigning Werder Bremen to relegation.

Sebastiaan Bornauw scored the winning goal against bottom side Schalke with four minutes remaining.

It means 2003-04 champions Werder drop into the second tier for the first time in 40 years after they were beaten 4-2 at home by Borussia Monchengladbach.
