Real Madrid players are unhappy with coach Zinedine Zidane’s support of Gareth Bale.

Bale was handed a rare start for their 2-2 draw with Celta Vigo on Sunday – a decision which upset many inside the dressing room.

That’s according to Okdiario’s chief pundit Eduardo Inda, speaking on El Chiringuito.

Gareth Bale yesterday caused a small schism within the group that is Real Madrid, a small schism between the heavy weights of the dressing room and the coach. It is not understood that while Bale is in bad shape and there are players who train a thousand percent like Rodrigo, Vinicius or Lucas Vázquez, he plays Bale,” revealed Inda.

“They consider that against Celta he shouldn’t have played.”

Inda suggests the selection was made with an eye on the summer market.

He explained: “Bale is selected by economic criteria, so that the asset does not lose money for the summer. He is a player who has played only 55% of the games because the rest he was injured. A player with those figures cannot be in Madrid.”
