The draws for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 took place in Doha today ahead of the Mundial scheduled for November this year.

Nigeria failed to qualify for the first time in 16 years after they were eliminated by the Black Stars of Ghana.

However, Africa is well represented, as Senegal, Morocco, Tunisia, Cameroon, and Ghana picked the tickets to do battle in Qatar.

Senegal got a decent draw, as they were placed in group A. They face hosts Qatar, Netherlands, and Ecuador.
