Apparently, Joseph Esso has surprisingly reached an agreement with Dreams FC after his rather awkward departure from Accra Hearts of Oak.
The forward (Esso) and the Phobians entanglement ensued as a result of a supposed contract negotiation which did not go down well with the player and his rep leading to him exiting the club amidst agitations from a cross-section of the fan base.
At a point the player and the club were supposed to have mend their relationships and the former was asked to render an unqualified apology to the latter but things went downhill fast and that obviously didn’t see the light of day.
His availability then meant that it was just a matter of when and not if, will he sign for Kumasi Asante Kotoko, Hearts’s arch rivals. At least everything pointed to that direction given the rumors and the Porcupines penchant for going in for players of their counterparts.
Meanwhile, Dreams FC had other plans as they were secretly neck deep in signing Esso in the most unthinkable fashion.
Per rumors, Dreams have snatched the goal poacher from under the noses of Hearts and perhaps Kotoko and will soon be announcing/unveiling him.
